Choose PRINT

Before you can start with the design of your artwork, you have to choose the printing technique. Each printing technique has its qualities as well as its restrictions, which have to be taken into account first.

Choose SOLE

a) Choose how many foam layers you wish.

b) Choose how the bottom layer has to look like: plain, with relief (deep structure), embossing (surface structure) or with a logo cut out.

a) Foam layers

The sole of the flip flops is standard made out of two layers of 6 mm, glued to eachother: the top and the bottom layer. It's your choice to have them in the same, or in two different colours; all for the same price. A third, thin layer of 2,6 mm in between top and bottom layer is optional. 

1. Top layer

The top layer is standard plain and ready to be printed with your logo. You can also add embossing (surface structure) for a soft massage feeling. If the top layer has another colour than the bottom layer, there will be a beautiful colour effect, especially if you choose for a logo cut out in the bottom.

2. Thin layer

Pimp the sole of your flip flops with an extra coloured thin foam layer in between!

3. Bottom layer

For the bottom layer we offer four possibilites. You can choose for a plain, a relief, an embossed bottom layer or a bottom with your logo cutted out.

Choose COLOUR

We offer a wide range of eva-foam colours, fully tailored to your wishes. Since we value fast delivery of our flip flops, we selected 8 standard colours, which are available in stock. To make the perfect match with your logo, there are more than 300 special or customized colours to make your Happy giveaway as personal as you want.

Tip: you can choose a different standard foam colour per foam layer at no extra cost (see also step 2.Sole). 

As we have these colours in stock we can deliver them ultra fast, even with small quantities.

We have more than 300 foam colours which are not in stock. A minimum quantity has to be ordered. Send us the details of your desired pantone colour to find the match in our colour line. If you want to know the minimum quantity order of the flip flops, please contact us.

You can choose another foam colour to perfectly match the flip flops with your logo and design. If it's a colour that we have never used in foam, a lab-test will have to take place. This has an effect on the delivery time.

Choose TOE STRAP

Every flip flop exists of a foam sole with a plastic toe strap. Standard we manufacture the flip flops with transparent (colourless) or black toe straps. However, from a minimum ordered quantity of 3000 pairs it is possible to make them in any pantone colour.

Note: it's not possible to print on the plastic toe strap.

Choose SIZE

We offer 3 different flip flop sizes. Each size covers three shoe sizes.

You can choice one flip flop size or combine sizes to reach your MOQ of 250 pairs. The possibilities are shown underneath. Keep in mind that the mix you want, especially with the larger sizes, will have an impact on the amount of material and thereby on the price.

Choose PACKAGING

Would you like to go for the standard plastic bag, or do you like to give a personal touch to your promotional gift and add a customized card?

Standard packaging

- One flip flop pair per transparent plastic bag. On the backside of the bag a size label is shown. 

Custom packaging

- One flip flop pair per transparent plastic bag + a customized card.

A customized card in the flip flop package is like the cherry on your cake. Ask for our card template and make your design!

Do you opt for one print film or more?

Your choice has an effect on the way your artwork will be positioned, and on the price. Herewith we will explain it to you with examples.

Once you have gone through all the steps and made your choice, fill in the price quote to ask for a tailor-made offer. With the order you will receive our flip flop template and detailed guidelines, enabling you to make a print-ready design. 

These guidelines have to be read thoroughly by your designer because printing on foam is not the same as printing on paper. In short, we already want to inform you that details smaller than 2 mm in your layout partly disappear and will not be visible after printing on the foam. For positioning reasons a tolerance of 2 mm between different coloured lines and objects has to be taken into account (screen print only). We are looking forward to your creative design!

Offer

Within 48 hours you will receive our offer.

Place order

Upon your agreement of the offer we will send you the template and the very important artwork guidelines. After we have approved your artwork, we will send you the order confirmation.

Artwork design

We expect you to make up your artwork and send us your print-ready design, in accordance with the artwork guidelines and on the template provided by us. If you prefer, our graphic department can make up the artwork for you (at € 55 per hour).

Artwork check

As soon as we receive your artwork our graphic department will check if it’s ready for production. If changes are necessary, we will feedback you.

Artwork changes

If changes to your artwork are necessary, we expect you to resend the appropriate design. If you prefer, we can also do the necessary changes for you at € 55 per hour.

Approve the artwork before production

Choose how you want to verify your artwork:

a) digital artwork sample (by email - free),

b) photo of a physical pre production sample* (by email: € 25 per screen print colour and € 25 for digital print),

c) physical pre production sample* (by mail: see cost (b) + € 100).

*a photo and pre production sample delay the lead time with minimum 1 week, according the timing of your approval.

Ready for production

As soon as our graphic department has approved your design, production preparations can start. From this moment we start counting the delivery time.

Changes after approval

After approval of the digital sample/ photo sample/ pre-production sample, any change to the artwork will be charged at € 35 per change + the cost for a new film. Any changes after the agreed order confirmation, such as: change of delivery address, delivery date, change of transportation, invoice address, … by you, will also be charged at an administrative cost of € 35.

Start production

Check the provided sample carefully. As soon as you have accepted, the production can and will start!

Cancellations

Cancellations must be in writing. All costs incurred will be charged. In case the buyer cancels the order totally or partially, a compensation of minimum 30 % of the cancelled order has to be paid. In case the goods are printed following the specifications of the buyer, the order can not be canceled and the total amount has to be paid.

Less than minimums

We appreciate that not all promotional actions require the indicated MOQ. We will happily undertake smaller orders, at an additional cost depending on the required volume.

Rush production

Rush productions are possible in consultation at an additional cost. 

Overruns/ underruns

We make every effort to ship the exact quantity ordered but reserve the right to ship 10% over/under. If this is not acceptable please advise in advance.

Payment

All orders must be prepaid.
