CORRECTIONS TO SUPPLIED ARTWORKS

To ensure that your order is not delayed, it is important that your supplied artwork is print technical in order. This means in accordance with our ‘artwork guidelines’ and on the ‘HAPPY template’ provided by us with your order.

The HAPPY designer checks COSTLESS if your artwork meets our artwork guidelines. If the supplied document is fine, your order will be ready within the agreed deadline. 

If your artwork is NOT completely ok, we offer you 2 solutions:

 

1.  Email support / one free adaptation

The deadline for your order is less important. You wish HAPPY to let you know by email that your document is not ok. You can deliver once a new and correct file free of charge.

If this new document does not yet meet the technical printing requirements, you pay € 35 per new version.  

2.  Personal support (recommended)

The deadline for your order is important. You give HAPPY the permission to modify your document if possible to reach the desired delivery date. If major adjustments have to be made, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate solution.

For this additional service you pay € 55 per hour.
